Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ncp93 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ncp93's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ncp93 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ncp93 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally eligible to use online entertainment services in your location.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account at ncp93. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ncp93 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including any access that occurs without your authorisation.
Prohibited Conduct
- The use of automated software, bots, or any technical tools to access or manipulate the ncp93 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Cheating, unauthorised collusion between players, or any form of match or game manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Publishing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content in any communication channel on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on ncp93 are processed in Malaysian currency, namely Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment channels, including online banking through FPX and available e-wallets.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. ncp93 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed. ncp93 reserves the right to request supporting documents to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may range from a few minutes to one business day.
All promotions, bonuses, and offers are subject to their own eligibility terms, which are stated separately. Misuse of promotions or any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Ncp93 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- User has breached any term set out in this document
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected
- Registration information found to be false or inaccurate
- Users under the age of 18
- Account inactive for the specified period
Any remaining funds in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited, depending on the circumstances.
Liability Limits
Ncp93 shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions beyond our control
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions
- Transaction delays or failures caused by third parties
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence
Ncp93's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the actual balance held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, brand names, text, and software on the ncp93 platform are the exclusive property of ncp93 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ncp93. Using brand names or platform materials for commercial purposes without authorisation constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
